摘 要:口苦是一种常见的临床症状,是指在排除饮食等外部因素后口腔内自觉出现苦味,属于味觉障碍中的味幻觉。口苦的病因和机制目前尚不明确,研究表明口苦主要与疾病、药物、营养等多种因素相关,也尚未形成有效可靠的治疗方案。本文从病因、机制和治疗等方面总结了关于口苦的最新研究进展,旨在为口苦患者的临床诊疗提供参考。Bitter taste in the mouth is a prevalent clinical symptom that refers to a spontaneous bitterness in the mouth after excluding external factors such as diet,and belongs to the phantogeusia of dysgeusia.The etiology and mechanism of bitter taste in the mouth re⁃main unclear.Studies have shown that bitter taste in the mouth is mainly associated with multiple factors such as diseases,medications and nutrition.In addition,effective and reliable treatments have also not yet been developed.This paper reviews the latest research ad⁃vances in the etiology,mechanism and treatment of bitter taste in the mouth,with the aim of providing reference for the clinical man⁃agement of patients with mouth bitterness.
