精神科护士职场精神力现状及其影响因素分析

摘  要:目的调查精神科护士的职场精神力现状并分析其影响因素,旨在为制定精神科护士职场精神力干预方案提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取厦门市仙岳医院的277名精神科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、职场精神力问卷、精神型领导问卷、组织支持感问卷和一般自我效能感问卷对其进行调查。结果精神科护士职场精神力总分为(108.31±20.03)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,精神科护士职场精神力总分与精神型领导、组织支持感、自我效能感得分均呈正相关(r=0.886,P<0.001;r=0.827,P<0.001;r=0.800,P<0.001),多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、岗位层级、工作类型、月均大夜班数、精神型领导、组织支持感及自我效能感是精神科护士职场精神力的独立影响因素(R 2=0.870,调整后R 2=0.867;F=7.308,P<0.001)。结论精神科护士的职场精神力处于中等偏上水平,其影响因素较多,护理管理者需重点关注女性、岗位层级低、大夜班次数多以及组织支持感、自我效能感低的精神科护士,同时也要注重管理者精神型领导力水平的提升,进而提高精神科护士的职场精神力。Objective To investigate the status quo of workplace psychosis of psychiatric nurses and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide references for the construction of intervention schemes.Methods A total of 277 psychiatric nurses from Xiamen Xianyue hospital were selected by using the convenience sampling method,and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,workplace spirituality scale(WSS),spiritual leadership questionnaire,survey of perceived organizational support and general self-efficacy scale.Results The total WSS score was(108.31±20.03)points.Moreover,Pearson correlation analysis showed that the WSS score was positively correlated with the scores of spiritual leadership,organizational support and self-efficacy(r=0.886,P<0.001;r=0.827,P<0.001;r=0.800,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,job level,job type,average number of night shifts per month,spiritual leadership,sense of organizational support and sense of self-efficacy were independent influencing factors of workplace spirituality of psychiatric nurses(R 2=0.870,adjusted R 2=0.867;F=7.308,P<0.001).Conclusion The workplace spirituality of psychiatric nurses is above the average level with various influencing factors.Therefore,nursing managers,in addition to the improvement of their spiritual leadership,should pay attention to female psychiatric nurses with low job level,sense of organizational support or self-efficacy,as well as those of many night shifts to promote their workplace spirituality.
