摘 要:动力总成悬置系统是影响车内振动响应的关键因素,是噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)性能优化中的重要一环。针对某皮卡车主观评价时方向盘怠速振动过大问题进行研究,通过测试发现,因动力总成悬置隔振能力不足,导致动力总成激励无法有效衰减,引发方向盘振动过大。针对该问题,对样车动力总成悬置系统进行开发,以解耦率为优化目标,基于非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)和能量解耦法,使用iSIGHT与MATLAB进行联合分析,对发动机悬置隔振性能进行优化,结合实车进行优化验证,优化后悬置系统隔振量基本达到20dB,方向盘振动主观评价可接受,该研究方法对样车NVH开发有一定指导意义。The powertrain mounting system is a key factor affecting the vibration response in the vehicle and is an important part of the noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)performance tuning.In order to study the problem of excessive idle vibration of the steering wheel during the subjective evaluation of a pickup truck,it is found that the powertrain excitation could not be effectively attenuated due to the insufficient vibration isolation capacity of the powertrain mount,which caused the excessive vibration of the steering wheel.To solve this problem,the powertrain mounting system of the sample vehicle is developed and the decoupling rate is taken as the optimization goal,based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)optimization algorithm and energy decoupling method,iSIGHT and MATLAB are used to carry out co-simulation.The vibration isolation performance of the engine mount is optimized,and the optimization verification is carried out in combination with the real vehicle,and the vibration isolation of the optimized rear suspension system basically reached 20 dB,and the subjective evaluation of steering wheel vibration is acceptable.This research method has certain guiding significance for the development of NVH of prototype vehicles.
