摘  要:跨学科科研合作是促进知识生产创新、提升博士生培养质量的重要基础。基于扎根理论分析18位博士生的深度访谈资料,探究跨学科科研合作的核心要素及作用机制,构建博士生跨学科科研合作影响因素模型。研究发现:博士生跨学科科研合作受个体特征、关系网络及组织环境交互作用影响。其中,合作素质与感知损益是博士生跨学科合作的内驱动力;师生关系和同辈关系是作用于博士生跨学科合作的关键力量;学科文化、院系制度及科研保障为博士生跨学科合作提供外部支持。基于此,应提升博士生的跨学科合作素养,优化其跨学科感知能力;创设高质量的合作交流平台,营造共享互助的学术生态;提高跨学科合作的组织支持力度,推进科研资源统筹整合。Interdisciplinary research collaboration is an important foundation for promoting innovation in knowledge production and improving the quality of doctoral training.Based on grounded theory,we analyzed the in-depth interview data of 18 doctoral students,explored the core elements and mechanisms of interdisciplinary research cooperation,and constructed a model of the formation mechanism of interdisciplinary research cooperation among doctoral students.The study found thatinterdisciplinary research cooperation among doctoral students is influenced by the interaction of individual characteristics,relationship network and organizational environment.Among them,the quality of cooperation and the perceived benefits and losses are the internal driving forces of doctoral students'interdisciplinary cooperation;faculty-student relationship and peer relationship are the key dimensions of doctoral students'academic support and interaction;disciplinary culture,departmental system and scientific research guarantee provide external support for doctoral students'interdisciplinary cooperation.Based on this,doctoral students'interdisciplinary knowledge should be improved to stimulate their endogenous motivation for interdisciplinary cooperation;the mechanism of cooperation and exchange should be improved to create a tolerant and mutually supportive academic ecosystem;and the support of interdisciplinary organizations should be improved to promote the integration of scientific research resources.
