中职机械类专业“1+X”证书制度下的教学改革探索

摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度的出现,是我国职业教育不断进步的重要体现,也是全面落实“以学生为本”教育理念、办学宗旨的有效途径。同时,“1+X”证书制度也为中职机械类专业的教学改革,指引了全新的方向,有利于提高学生的职业技能水平,对学生的就业发展具有积极的促进作用。对此,本文从“1+X”证书制度对中职机械类专业教学改革的重要性出发,结合中职机械类教学改革当前亟待解决的问题,通过健全人才培育方案、创新“1+X”教法等科学有效的策略,推动中职机械类专业的教学改革,为国家和社会培养优质的技能型人才。The emergence of the"1+X"certificate system is an important embodiment of the continuous progress of vocational education in China,and it is also an effective way to fully implement the"student-oriented"educational concept and purpose of running a school.At the same time,the"1+X"certificate system has also guided a new direction for the teaching reform of secondary vocational mechanical majors,which is conducive to improving the vocational skill level of students and has a positive role in promoting the employment development of students.In this regard,this paper starts from the importance of the"1+X"certificate system to the teaching reform of secondary vocational mechanical majors,combines the current problems that need to be solved urgently in the teaching reform of secondary vocational mechanical majors,and promotes the teaching reform of secondary vocational mechanical majors through scientific and effective strategies such as improving talent cultivation programs and innovating"1+X"teaching methods,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the country and society.
