摘  要:在当前新能源汽车产业蓬勃发展,国家大力提倡产教融合的背景下,新能源汽车技术专业群人才培养质量要满足产业发展对技术技能人才的需求,积极推动教育与产业双方资源、人员、技术、管理、文化全方位融合,必须深化产教融合,建立可持续发展机制。以产教融合协同育人平台为核心,通过产教融合合作管理平台、保障平台、资源共享平台的构建,形成制度体系,探索新能源汽车技术专业群产教融合的管理机制、保障机制、合作育人机制、协同创新机制,保障专业群可持续稳定发展,专业群产教融合机制化。In the context of the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry and the country's vigorous promotion of the integration of industry and education,the quality of talent training of new energy vehicle technology professional groups should meet the demand for technical and skilled talents for industrial development,and actively promote the all-round integration of resources,personnel,technology,management and culture between education and industry.With the integration of industry and education as the core,through the construction of the industry-education integration cooperation management platform,guarantee platform,and resource sharing platform,an institutional system will be formed,and the management mechanism,guarantee mechanism,cooperative education mechanism,and collaborative innovation mechanism of the integration of industry and education of the new energy vehicle technology professional group will be explored to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the professional group,and the integration of industry and education of the professional group will be institutionalized.
