摘 要:介绍了母乳脂质的主要成分、母乳脂肪的结构和母乳中的类脂和乳脂肪球膜,综述了母乳脂质成分的差异和母乳化脂质的研发进展,并对我国市售婴儿配方乳粉中脂质质量的统计报道数据进行了分析,以期为婴幼儿配方乳粉的研究、生产和进出口贸易提供参考。The main components of breast milk lipids, the structure of breast milk fat, the lipids and milk fat globule membrane in breast milk were introduced. The differences of lipids components in breast milk, and the research and development progress in breast milk lipids were summarized. The reported statistical data of lipid quality in infant formula milk powder sold in China were analyzed, in order to provide reference for research, production, import and export trade of infant formula milk powder.
