微波辅助提取黑花芸豆皂苷的工艺优化及其抗氧化活性分析

摘  要:采用微波辅助提取黑花芸豆皂苷。在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,并研究黑花芸豆皂苷的抗氧化活性。结果显示:黑花芸豆皂苷的最优提取条件为料液比1∶9(g/mL),提取时间7.5 min、微波功率600 W、乙醇体积分数65%。在此条件下,黑花芸豆皂苷的得率为0.475%;黑花芸豆皂苷清除·OH和DPPH·的IC_(50)分别是0.213、0.131 mg/mL,显示出良好的抗氧化活性。Microwave-assisted extraction technology was used to extract saponins from black speckled kidney beans.On the basis of single factor experiments,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology,and the antioxidant activity of black speckled kidney bean saponins was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of black speckled kidney bean saponins were solid-liquid ratio 1∶9(g/mL),extract time 7.5 min,microwave power 600 W and ethanol volume fraction 65%.Under these conditions,the yield of black speckled kidney bean saponins was 0.475%and the IC_(50)of scavenging·OH and DPPH·by black speckled kidney beans saponins were 0.213 and 0.131 mg/mL,respectively,showing it had good antioxidant activity.
