摘　　要：随着中国社会的发展,人民医疗保健的需求与经济同步发展。常规的临床医学诊疗模式主要针对疾病,忽视了疾病预防以及疾病管理的重要性,因此全科医学尤其是中医全科医学初露锋芒。近年,国家越来越重视中医全科人才的培养,而中医全科医师培养政策尚未完善,全科医师存在人才缺口。因此,如何更加系统、合理地培养中医全科医师,是需要加以探讨的。对于中医全科方向的本科生而言,急诊轮科期间接触的病种、患者种类最广,更加接近社区全科日常工作,有利于全科思维的培养。急诊带教于中医全科医学生的重要性不言而喻,可谓中医全科人才培养的启蒙与先导。With the trend of social development in China,the demand for medical care of the people has developed simultaneously with the economy.The conventional clinical medical diagnosis and treatment mode is mainly aimed at diseases,ignoring the impor⁃tance of disease prevention and disease management.Therefore,general practice medicine,especially general practice of traditional Chinese medicine,has begun to show its strength.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the training of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the training policy of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine has not been improved,and there is a talent gap in the number of general practitioners.Therefore,we need to explore how to train tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine general practitioners more systematically and reasonably.For undergraduates in the general practice direction of traditional Chinese medicine,the types of diseases and patients contacted during the emergency round are the most extensive,which is closer to the daily work of the general practice in the community,and is conducive to the cultivation of general practice thinking.The importance of emergency teaching for the general practice students of traditional Chinese medicine is self-evident,which can be regarded as the enlightenment and precursor of the cultivation of general practice talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
