摘　　要：研究生中西医结合内科学是一门实践性较强的课程。内分泌与代谢疾病是中西医结合内科学一个重要的亚专业,也是重点和难点课程之一。目前,基于案例库建设的案例教学法(CBL)是一种适用于应用性较强学科如临床医学教学改革的新型教学方法。根据教学大纲要求,建立完善系统的中西医结合内科学内分泌与代谢疾病课程教学案例库,必将激发学生对该课程的学习兴趣,实现研究生教学目标,提高教学质量,促进高校教育模式的改革优化。Internal medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western for postgraduates is a practical course.Endocrine and metabolic diseases is an important subspecialty of the course,and also one of the key and difficult courses.At present,the case-based learning(CBL)based on the construction of case database is a new teaching method which is suitable for the teaching reform of strong applied subject such as clinical medicine.According to the requirements of the teaching syllabus,the establishment and perfection of the systematic teaching case base of integrated traditional Chinese and Western internal medicine course of endocrine and metabolic diseases will definitely stimulate students’interest,achieve the teaching objectives of postgraduates,improve the teaching quality,and promote the reform and optimization of college education mode.
