辩论式教学在中医八年制课堂的初步探索

摘　　要：随着国家与社会对中医药认可度的增加,中医药人才的专业素质日益受到重视,社会需要具备先进创新能力的中医药人才来充实医疗卫生体系。在新的中医药教育时代背景下,为培养中医药人才的创新能力,中医教学模式需不断发展。辩论式教学是一种将学生和教师的互动模式与传统的讲授式相结合的新教学方法,既能提高学生的主动学习能力、表达能力和辩论能力,还能培养其从不同角度、不同层次看待问题、解决问题的能力。海军军医大学中医八年制为小班授课,应用此教学模式,可提高学生的学习能力。With the increasing recognition of traditional Chinese medicine by the state and society,the professional quality of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine talents is increasingly valued.The society needs traditional Chinese medicine talents with advanced innova⁃tion ability to enrich the medical and health system.In the context of the new era of traditional Chinese medicine education,the teach⁃ing mode of traditional Chinese medicine has been developing constantly to cultivate the innovative ability of traditional Chinese medi⁃cine talents.Debate teaching is a new teaching method that combines the interactive mode between students and teachers with the tra⁃ditional teaching mode.This new teaching method can not only improve students’active learning ability,expression ability and debate ability,but also cultivate students’ability to view and solve problems from different angles and levels.The eight-year students of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine in Naval Medical University teach in small classes.Therefore,applying this teaching mode to the subject can improve the students’learning ability.
