摘  要:思想政治教育话语权关系着意识形态领导权,是掌握意识形态领域主导权和话语权的重要手段。它的具体实现是一个合力作用的结果,需要从话语主体建设、话语内容创新、话语场域拓展、话语策略转化四个维度着力发挥,汇聚思想政治教育话语权这一四边形合力并作用于新时代意识形态领导权的把握。随着新媒体时代的到来,尤其是随着“互联网+”、智能化的深入推进,使这四个维度建构的内容和方式都产生了新变化,提出了新挑战也萌发了新要求,应遵循新媒体时代的话语传播规律,主动建构,全面协同,优化四维路径,把握话语领导权,实现新媒体时代思想政治教育话语权的重构与完善。Discourse power in ideological and political education is related to the leadership of ideology and is an important means for the dominant power and the right of discourse in the feld of ideology.Its realization is the result of a combined force,which needs to be exerted from the four dimensions of discourse subject construction,discourse content innovation,discourse field expansion and discourse strategy transformation,so as to bring together the quad force of the discourse power of ideological and political education and to grasp the ideological leadership in the new era.With the advent of the new media era,especially with the in-depth promotion of"Internet+"and intelligence,new changes have occurred in the content and methods of the construction of these four dimensions,new challenges have been put forward and new requirements have emerged.It is necessary to follow the rules of discourse communication in the new media era,actively construct,comprehensively cooperate,optimize the four-dimension path,and grasp the leadership of discourse.To realize the reconstruction and improvement of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the new media era.
