摘　　要：本文综述了不同蛋白质和氨基酸对人体健康的作用,阐述了胶原蛋白和胶原蛋白肽在运动、保健和美容等领域的作用,以期为这些领域研究做出贡献。This paper reviews the effects of different proteins and amino acids on human health,and clarifies the role of collagen and collagen peptides in sports,health care and beauty,in order to contribute to the research in this field.
