摘　　要：在职业教育发展的过程中,开展资助工作不仅有助于保障学生完成学业,而且还能进一步促使高职院校落实立德树人根本任务,使学生成为社会需要的人才,以便在毕业后顺利实现就业。积极构建发展性资助育人体系,应认识到现阶段仍面临管理、效能释放等问题,需要政府、院校和企业协力开展工作,为学生打造资助育人发展性平台,在科技支撑下动态反馈育人成效,确保建立科学育人体系,推动职业教育资助工作可持续开展。In the process of the development of vocational education,the development of funding work not only helps to ensure that students complete their studies,but also further promotes the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in higher vocational colleges,so that students can become talents needed by the society,so as to achieve employment after graduation.To actively build a developmental funding and education system,it should be recognized that there are still problems such as management and efficiency release at this stage,and it is necessary for the government,colleges and enterprises to work together to build a developmental platform for students to subsidize education,dynamically feedback the effectiveness of education with the support of science and technology,ensure the establishment of a scientific education system,and promote the sustainable development of vocational education funding.
