摘 要:目的了解中职护生不同实习阶段职业认同的现状,找到影响实习护生职业认同的相关因素,为今后教育和管理实习护生提供理论依据。方法发放护生职业认同问卷,动态监测224名云南省玉溪某卫生学校护生实习准备期(实习前2周)、实习早中期(实习第3个月)、实习后期(实习第7个月)职业认同的变化情况。结果班主任的影响、对护理专业的喜爱程度、是否经常感到挫败感、成为护士愿望、选择护理专业的意愿、对毕业后生活是否充满信心等因素会影响实习护生的职业认同(P<0.05)。结论不同实习阶段中职护生的职业认同受多因素的影响,应采取措施积极提升实习护生职业认同水平。Objective To learn the status of professional identity among nursing students from secondary vocational school at different internship stages,identify relevant factors that affect nursing interns'professional identity from secondary vocational school,and provide theoretical basis for nursing interns'future education and management.Methods A questionnaire on professional identity among nursing students was adopted,and 224 nursing students from a health school in Yuxi of Yunnan Province were dynamically monitored for changes in their professional identity during the preparation period(2 weeks before the internship),the early and middle stages of the internship(3 months of the internship),and the later stages of the internship(7 months of the internship).Results Factors such as the influence of the class teacher,the level of love for the nursing profession,frequent feelings of frustration,the desire to become a nurse,the willingness to choose a nursing major,and confidence in life after graduation can affect the professional identity of intern nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing students'professional identity at different internship stages is influenced by multiple factors from secondary vocational school,and measures should be taken to actively improve nursing interns'level of professional identity.
