摘  要:目的探析联合应用思维导图与基于问题的学习(PBL)在临床麻醉学教学中的价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院实习学生中70名麻醉专业学生,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组各35名。对照组予以PBL教学方法,观察组予以思维导图与PBL联合教学方法。比较两组学生理论知识评分、操作技能评分、综合能力评分及对教学满意度。结果观察组学生理论知识、操作技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生综合能力评分包括查阅文献能力、思考问题能力、自主学习能力、表达交流能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组医学生教学后评判性思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图与PBL教学方法相结合应用在临床麻醉学教学中效果明显,学生理论知识水平、综合能力明显提升,同时其对教学方式表示满意,临床教学中可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the value of combined application of mind mapping and problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical anesthesiology teaching.Methods A total of 70 students majoring in anesthesiology were selected from the interns of Wuxi People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into two groups(35 students each)according to random number table method.The control group was given PBL teaching method,and the observation group was given mind mapping and PBL teaching method.The two groups of students were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge score,operational skill score,comprehensive ability score and satisfaction with teaching.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores of the observation group students were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the observation group students,including literature review ability,problem-solving ability,self-learning ability,expression and communication ability,teamwork ability,and problem-solving ability,were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability scores of the observation group medical students after teaching were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind map and PBL teaching method has obvious effect in clinical anesthesiology teaching,and students’theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability have been improved obviously.At the same time,they are satisfied with the teaching method,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical teaching.
