政府信息公开视角下教育考试机构网站建设探析

摘　　要：教育考试机构官方网站是政府信息公开的重要平台,具有提高教育治理体系和治理能力现代化水平、拓宽社会公众参与教育考试治理的渠道、满足社会公众对教育考试信息需求的现实意义。教育考试机构网站信息公开现存模式缺少统一标准规范与考核评价机制,信息公开服务有待加强,智能技术应用不足,社会公众参与度不高。建立完善网站体系、提升公众参与度、改良网站功能建设、强化安全保障等优化策略,能够促进教育考试治理法治化与数智化的深度融合,提升教育考试服务能力与水平。The official websites of educational examination authorities serve as a crucial platform for government information disclosure,playing a significant role in improving the modernization level of the education governance system and governance capabilities,broadening the channels for public participation in education examination governance,and satisfying the public's demand for information about education examinations.However,current challenges persist in the existing model of information disclosure on these websites,including a lack of unified standards and evaluation mechanisms,inadequate information disclosure services,limited application of intelligent technologies,and low levels of public participation.This paper proposes optimization strategies such as establishing and improving website systems,enhancing public participation,improving website functionality,and strengthening security measures.These strategies aim to promote the deep integration of legalization and digital intelligence in education examination governance,enhance the capacity and level of education examination services.
