摘　　要：日本职业教育体系与产业协同发展的历史变革,既是职业教育体系不断适应产业发展需求的过程,同时也起到了推动产业发展的积极效应。在平成时期,面对经济低迷和技术快速发展的挑战,日本职业教育体系积极应对,通过不断改革和创新,保持了与产业发展的高度契合。职业教育体系的多样性和灵活性使其能够迅速适应市场需求的变化,为日本经济产业的持续发展提供了助力。此外,日本职业教育通过在法律和政策层面的调整,以满足经济转型和技术革新带来的多重需求,积极构建与经济产业紧密联系的职业教育体系,通过教育改革和政策优化来提升日本产业发展的国际竞争力。日本的经验对中国在推动职业教育与产业协同发展方面具有重要的参考价值。The historical evolution of Japan's vocational education system in collaboration with industrial development is both a process of continuous adaptation to the demands of industrial growth and a driving force for it.During the Heisei period,in response to the challenges of economic stagnation and rapid technological advancements,Japan's vocational education system actively adapted through continuous reforms and innovations,maintaining a high degree of alignment with industrial development.The diversity and flexibility of the vocational education system have enabled it to quickly respond to changing market demands,thus supporting the sustained growth of Japan's industrial economy.Additionally,through legal and policy adjustments,Japan's vocational education system has actively constructed a close connection with the economic and industrial sectors,meeting the multifaceted demands brought about by economic transformation and technological innovation.These efforts have enhanced the international competitiveness of Japan's industrial development.Japan's experience offers significant insights for China in promoting the synergy between vocational education and industrial development.
