摘 要:企业生产经营性质的变化,意味着企业从知识的使用与消耗单位向知识的更新与创造单位变革,同时意味着企业家从用人单位负责人向育人单位负责人转变,教育型企业家由此出现并尝试构建企业与教育的命运共同体。在教育型企业家视域中,人的品质决定企业产品的品质,“造物先造人”成为企业家育人的基本理念,也成为企业家对企业与教育功能的基本定位。基于对人的发展以及企业生产经营特点考量,教育型企业家在育人过程中更加重视默会性的实践知识与反省实验知识获得,形成注重实践与反省实验活动的“求实学为实用”育人特点。正因看到默会性知识在人格养成与企业产品品质提升中的作用,教育型企业家在兴办学校的同时,形成办企业就是办教育的经营理念,以期通过默会知识实现育人活动与企业生产经营活动的相互支持、协同发展。教育型企业家的教育观念与行为,符合教育与生产劳动相结合的基本原则,有助于实现知识的更新进化进而实现人的发展与经济效益、教育效益、社会效益的统一,为经济社会的高质量持续发展做出有益探索。As the nature of enterprise production and management evolves,businesses are transitioning from mere consumers of knowledge to generators of new knowledge.Consequently,entrepreneurs are expanding their roles from employers to educators.This shift gives rise to the concept of the“educational entrepreneur,”who seeks to forge a synergy between enterprise and education.From the perspective of educational entrepreneurs,the quality of people determines the quality of enterprise products,leading to the prioritization of character development over skill acquisition.The core philosophy of educational entrepreneurs emphasizes“creating people first,”positioning human development as fundamental to both business and educational success.Educational entrepreneurs focus on fostering tacit practical knowledge and reflective experiential learning in the workforce,aligning with the philosophy of“seeking truth from facts and being practical”that emphasizes hands⁃on experience and reflective activities.This perspective aims to leverage tacit knowledge for both personality development and product quality improvement,fostering a mutually supportive relationship between educational endeavors and business performance.It facilitates knowledge renewal and evolution,potentially harmonizing human development with economic,educational,and social benefits.This model offers valuable insights for achieving high⁃quality,sustainable economic and social development.
