摘 要:目的探讨甘肃省居民膳食模式与哮喘患病之间的关系。方法基于“甘肃城乡自然人群队列建设与肿瘤随访研究”基线调查收集的35~74岁常住居民的膳食情况和哮喘患病情况数据,采用因子分析建立膳食模式,并构建贝叶斯Poisson回归模型分析各膳食模式与哮喘患病之间的关系。结果在17556例研究对象中,哮喘患病率为0.66%。通过因子分析,提取出5种膳食模式。调整年龄、医保类型、体育锻炼、性别和身体质量指数(BMI)后,糖脂模式和油脂模式与哮喘患病呈正相关,其相对危险度(relative risk,RR)和95%置信区间(95%confidence interval,95%CI)分别为1.192(1.016~1.393)和1.254(1.035~1.503)。结论糖脂模式和油脂模式会增加哮喘的患病风险,应通过合理的膳食来预防哮喘的发生和发展。Objective To explore the relationship between dietary patterns and the prevalence of asthma among residents in Gansu Province.Methods Based on the dietary and asthma prevalence data of permanent residents aged 35 to 74 years old collected in the baseline survey of the Urban and Rural Natural Population Cohort Establishment and Tumor Follow-up Study in Gansu Province,dietary patterns were established using factor analysis,and then the Bayesian Poisson regression model was built to analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and the prevalence of asthma.Results Of the 17556 respondents,the prevalence rate of asthma was 0.66%.Five dietary patterns were extracted through factor analysis.After adjusting age,the type of medical insurance,physical exercise,gender,and body mass index(BMI),the sugar-fat pattern and the oil-fat pattern were found to be positively associated with the prevalence of asthma,with their RR values(95%CI)being 1.192(1.016-1.393)and 1.254(1.035-1.503),respectively.Conclusion The sugar-fat pattern and oil-fat pattern can increase the risk of asthma,and the onset and progression of asthma should be prevented through a reasonable diet.
