摘　　要：随着慢性病发病率不断上升,慢性病已成为全球健康面临的挑战,慢病管理也随之成为公共焦点。本文主要阐述了慢病管理理念和相关研究进展,对医学教育中普及慢病管理理念的重要性和所面临的挑战进行了讨论,在慢病管理医学教育课程的设计开展方面提出建议,从而为加快我国慢病管理人才队伍建设提供参考。With the rising incidence of chronic diseases,chronic diseases have become one of the challenges of global health,and chronic disease management has consequently become a public focus.This article mainly describes the concept of chronic disease management and related research progress,discusses the importance of popularizing the concept of chronic disease management in medical education and the challenges it faces,and puts forward suggestions in the design and development of the medical education curriculum for chronic disease management,so as to provide references for accelerating the construction of the talent team for chronic disease management in China.
