摘 要:随着现代科学技术的不断发展和进步,人们的生活方式越来越趋于信息化,尤其是在教育领域,高校各学科教学离不开网络技术的支持。在高校体育教学过程中,网络教育技术的使用对课堂教学和教学管理工作都起到了积极作用。将网络教育技术运用在高校体育教学,可以将抽象、高难度动作进行分解,达到体育资源共享和学生课堂的双向互动,从而提高课堂教学效率,有助于提升教学效率、解决教学难点和重点问题、充分发挥学生的主体地位。With the continuous development and progress of modern science and technology,people’s lifestyles are becoming more and more information-based,especially in the field of education.The teaching of various disciplines in universities cannot do without the support of network technology.In the process of physical education teaching in universities,the use of online educational technology has played a positive role in classroom teaching and teaching management.Applying online education technology to physical education teaching in universities can decompose abstract and difficult movements,achieve sports resource sharing and two-way interaction between students in the classroom,thereby improving classroom teaching efficiency,helping to improve teaching efficiency,solve teaching difficulties and key problems,and fully leverage the subject position of students.
