摘  要:技工院校是培养大国工匠、能工巧匠的重要机构,肩负着培育学生工匠精神的责任与使命。以N市两所技工学校为例,通过问卷调查和访谈发现,当前技工院校学生工匠精神培育存在理念上重技轻道、理解片面,内容上指向不明、特色不足,方式上重理轻实、学用落差,评价上标准模糊、方法单一,成效上理解浅显、践行不够等问题。为解决上述问题,提高学生工匠精神培育成效,技工院校应明确“三匠”合一的培育目标、开发具有校本特色的培育内容、完善多维并重的培育路径、构建科学全面的评价体系、营造多方协同育人的社会氛围。Technical colleges are important institutions for cultivating skilled workers,and shoulder the responsibility and mission of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit.Taking two technical schools in N city as an example,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it was found that there are problems in the current cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among students in technical colleges,such as a focus on technology over moral,one-sided understanding,unclear content and insufficient characteristics,a focus on theory over practice in methods,a gap between learning and application,vague evaluation standards and single methods,and shallow understanding and insufficient practice of effectiveness.To solve the above problems and improve the effectiveness of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,technical colleges should clarify the cultivation goal of integrating"three craftsmen",develop school-based characteristic cultivation content,improve multi-dimensional and balanced cultivation paths,construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system,and create a social atmosphere of multi-party collaborative education.
