高职院校现代产业学院建设:基于共生理论的思考

摘　　要：共生理论应用于高职院校现代产业学院建设有其适切性和特殊价值。从共生理论视角来看,现代产业学院的建设与发展需要高职院校、行业企业等共生单元在合作理念上达成共生共赢的共生理念,在组织与行为上形成共建、共管、共享的共生模式,在政策制度上建立具有共生性的政策制度环境等,形成各共生单元共生发展机制。然而,高职院校现代产业学院建设仍存在一些有待解决的“共生”问题,需要各共生单元强化校企命运共同体意识,明确现代产业学院共生单元的主体责任;紧扣产业发展方向,强化现代产业学院建设的共生模式;加强共生政策支持和制度保障,优化现代产业学院建设的共生环境。The application of symbiosis theory in the construction of modern industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges has its appropriateness and special value.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,the construction and development of modern industrial colleges require higher vocational colleges,industry enterprises,and other symbiotic units to achieve a symbiotic and win-win concept in cooperation,form a symbiotic model of co construction,co-management,and sharing in organization and behavior,establish a symbiotic policy and institutional environment in policy and institutional construction,and form a symbiotic development mechanism for each symbiotic unit.However,there are still some unresolved"symbiotic"issues in the construction of modern industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary for each symbiotic unit to strengthen their awareness of a community of shared future between schools and enterprises,and clarify the main responsibilities of the symbiotic units in modern industrial colleges;adhere closely to the direction of industrial development and strengthening the symbiotic model of modern industrial college construction;strengthen policy support and institutional safeguards for symbiosis,and optimize the symbiotic environment for the construction of modern industrial colleges.
