摘　　要：课程思政建设有助于高职院校人才培养工作的开展,这影响到高职院校专业(群)层面教学体系、质量控制体系的建设,需要从专业视角将反映时代精神、社会责任、技术伦理和岗位素质等方面的思政元素融入高职院校专业课程体系中,实现专业技能学习与思政元素的有机融合。为此,需要从优化学校人才培养体系、师资队伍和质量评价等三个方面进一步提升高职院校人才培养质量,确保人才培养符合社会需要。The construction of ideological and political education in courses has a positive impact on talent cultivation in vocational colleges,which affects the construction of teaching and quality control systems at the professional(group)level more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate ideological and political elements that reflect the spirit of the times,social responsibility,technical ethics,and job quality into the professional curriculum system of vocational colleges from a professional perspective,and achieve the organic integration of professional skills learning and ideological and political elements.To this end,it is necessary to further improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges from three aspects:optimizing the school's talent cultivation system,faculty team,and quality evaluation,to ensure that talent cultivation meets the needs of society.
