摘　　要：临床药学是药学与医学重要的桥梁学科,贯穿新药研发的整个过程,包括新药临床试验过程中药物代谢动力学和新药生物利用度与生物等效性的研究等,对提高医疗质量和医药研究水平方面起着关键性的作用。生物样本定量分析是新药临床试验中重要的实践环节。因此,基于现代分析技术的新药研发是临床药学专业本科生需要掌握的重要理论与实践技能,同时也是临床药学学生未来就业的主要方向之一。文章根据最新行业需求和徐州医科大学临床药学学科的自身特点,对基于现代分析技术的临床药学专业人才培养模式进行探索,并进行一系列相应的教学改革与实践,以探讨现代分析技术在临床药学专业人才培养过程中的具体实施方案,以期为临床药学的人才培养提供一定的教学思考与教学模式。As an important bridge discipline between pharmacy and medicine,clinical pharmacy played a crucial role in improving the quality of medical care and the level of pharmaceutical research.It runs through the entire process of new drug development,including the study of pharmacokinetics,bioavailability,and bioequivalence of new drugs in clinical trials.Undergraduates of clinical pharmacy are required to learn about modern analytical technologies to conduct quantitative analysis of biological samples,an important practical link in clinical trials of new drugs.New drug research and development based on modern analytical techniques is also one of the main career choices for graduates of clinical pharmacy.Based on the industry demands and the characteristics of the specialty,the authors explored the talent cultivation model of clinical pharmacy based on modern analysis technology and carried out a series of teaching reforms,and they also discussed the implementation of the cultivation model to provide reference for similar programs.
