摘 要:【目的】探明云南木蠹象(Pissodes yunnanensis)成虫虫粪挥发物的组分,为应用信息素防控该虫提供理论依据。【方法】采用固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用的方法,对云南木蠹象成虫取食云南松后产生的新鲜虫粪的挥发性成分进行测定。【结果】共检测出萜烯类、醇类、酮类、酯类、烷烃类、含氮化合物等28种挥发性成分。其中,单萜类物质相对含量最大(46.19%),醇类物质(15.56%)、酮类物质(15.48%)和倍半萜类物质(6.87%)含量次之。就具体物质而言,相对含量最大的是α-蒎烯(33.80%),樟脑(8.51%)、柠檬烯(5.87%)和马鞭草烯酮(5.02%)含量次之。【结论】云南木蠹象成虫虫粪挥发性成分中,单萜类、醇类及酮类物质相对含量较高。【Objective】The volatile constituents in the frass of adult Pissodes yunnanensis were identified to provide theoretical basis for the application of pheromones on the prevention and control of the pest.【Method】Solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to detect the volatile constituents in the fresh frass of adult Pissodes yun-nanensis fed on Pinus yunnanensis.【Result】A total of 28 volatile constituents were detected,including terpenes,alcohols,ketones,esters,alkanes and nitrogen compounds.Among them,the relative contents of monoterpenoids were the highest(46.19%),followed by alcohols(15.56%),ketones(15.48%)and sesquiterpenoids(6.87%).In terms of specific constituents,the relative content ofα-pinene was the highest(33.80%),followed by camphor(8.51%),limonene(5.87%)and verbenone(5.02%).【Conclusion】The relative contents of moniterpenoids,alcohols and ketones were relatively higher in the fresh frass of adult Pissodes yunnanensis.
