摘  要:重载车辆行驶在管道上方时会对管道产生较大轴向载荷,易导致管道的断裂失效。因此,文中以穿越公路管段为研究对象,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS模拟并提取车轮力,建立了管道动力响应有限元模型,研究了整车质量、行车速度以及轮压位置对穿越管段动力响应的影响,并确定了影响管道动力响应的主控因素。研究结果表明:车辆载荷作用下管道轴线方向的应力和位移呈抛物线型分布,且在两车轮中点附近达到最大值。管道的应力与整车质量呈正相关,与行车速度呈负相关,影响管道力学行为的主控因素为整车质量。Heavy-duty vehicles travel above pipelines can generate significant axial loads on the pipelines,which can easily lead to pipeline fracture and failure.Therefore,this article took crossing highway sections as the research object,used multibody dynamics simulation software ADAMS to simulate and extract wheel forces,established a pipeline mechanical response finite element model,studied the influence of vehicle weight,driving speed,and wheel pressure position on the dynamic response of crossing sections,and determined the main control factors affecting pipeline dynamic response.The research results indicate that the stress and displacement in the direction of the pipeline axis under vehicle load exhibit a parabolic distribution,and reach their maximum values near the midpoint of the two wheels.The stress of the pipeline is positively correlated with the weight of the entire vehicle,while is negatively correlated with the driving speed.The main controlling factor affecting the mechanical behavior of the pipeline is the weight of the entire vehicle.
