摘  要:高校大学生就业诚信的知行冲突问题,一定程度上影响着立德树人的工作成效及他们的职业生涯发展。把握大学生就业诚信的知行冲突形成因素,厘清认知模糊、利益驱动和情境约束的不同类型,针对回避拖延、违背承诺、说谎伪造等外在表现,重点围绕实现顶层设计,进行自上而下引导;榜样力量陪伴,多维协同强化效果;社会资源辅助,形成引导网络效应;拓展引导路径,塑造就业诚信信念四个方面有的放失进行教育疏导,是高校学生教育的目标方向。The conflict between knowledge and action in the employment integrity of college students has a certain impact on the effectiveness of moral education and their career development.Grasp the factors that contribute to the formation of knowledge and action conflicts in the employment integrity of college students,clarify the different types of cognitive ambiguity,interest driven,and situational constraints,and focus on external manifestations such as avoiding procrastination,breaking promises,lying,and forging.Focus on achieving top-level design and provide top-down guidance;Accompanied by the power of role models and strengthened by multidimensional collaboration;Assisted by social resources,forming a guiding network effect;Expanding the guidance path and shaping the belief in employment integrity in four aspects is the goal direction of higher education student education,which is to educate and guide those who have some shortcomings.
