摘  要:多元化反馈式教学法是一种高效的教学方法,其强调学生在学习过程中得到及时的、具体的、个性化的反馈,以便能够更好地理解和掌握学习内容。本文主要介绍多元化反馈式教学法的理论基础和教学原则,阐述多元化反馈式教学法在“职业卫生与职业医学”实验教学中的应用情况,并对其应用效果进行了评估。总结多元化反馈式教学法在“职业卫生与职业医学”实验教学中的应用价值和存在的问题,并提出相关的建议和改进措施。Diversified Feedback Teaching Method is an efficient instructional approach that emphasizes timely,specific,and personalized feedback for students during the learning process,enabling them to better understand and master the content.This paper primarily intro⁃duces the theoretical foundations and teaching principles of the Diversified Feedback Teaching Method,elaborates on its application in the experimental teaching of“Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine”and evaluates its effectiveness.It summarizes the value and issues of applying the Diversified Feedback Teaching Method in the experimental teaching of“Occupational Health and Occupa⁃tional Medicine”,and offers relevant recommendations and improvements.
