摘 要:目的研究消化内科优质护理中应用定能分级、绩效考核量化管理的效果。方法纳入2023年1—12月安陆市普爱医院消化内科10名消化内科护士,采取定能分级、绩效考核量化管理;2022年1—12月,采取常规绩效考核管理。对比管理前后的管理效果。结果管理后护理质量得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护士对绩效满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在消化内科优质护理工作中在采取定能分级、绩效考核量化管理时,护士、患者对工作的满意度均有极大提升,整体的护理质量也有明显提高。Objective To study the effect of quantitative management of fixed energy classification and performance appraisal in quality nursing of gastroenterology.Methods From January to December 2023,10 gastroenterology nurses in the Gastroenterology Department of Puai Hospital in Anlu City were included,and were managed through fixed capacity grading and quantitative performance evaluation;From January to December 2022,routine performance evaluation management will be adopted.Compare the management effects before and after management.Result The nursing quality score after management was higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses with performance after management was higher than before management,and,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the high-quality nursing work of gastroenterology department,the nurses and patients'satisfaction with the work has been greatly improved,and the overall nursing quality has also been significantly improved.
