摘  要:目的研究消化内科门诊护理管理中应用绩效考核的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月安陆市普爱医院消化内科工作护理人员20名为研究对象,2023年1—6月采取常规管理,设为对照组,2023年7—12月开展绩效考核,设为研究组。比较两组护理质量、满意度。结果研究组护理人员护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理人员绩效满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在消化内科门诊护理管理中采取绩效考核提高护理质量。Objective To study the effect of applying performance appraisal in outpatient nursing management of gastroenterology.Methods Selected 20 nursing staff working in the gastroenterology department of Anlu Pu'ai Hospital from January to December 2023 as the study subjects,routine management was taken from January to June 2023,which was set as the control group,and performance appraisal was carried out from July to December 2023,which was set as the study group.Compared the quality of nursing care and satisfaction between the two groups.Results The quality of care scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The performance satisfaction scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In gastroenterology outpatient nursing management in the adoption of performance appraisal can improve the quality of care.
