摘 要:目的分析内分泌科实习生临床带教中采用翻转课堂的教学效果。方法选取2018年1月—2024年1月在陕西省人民医院内分泌科实习的医生200名,按入科序号分组,单号为对照组,共100名实习医生,实施常规传统教学法;双号为研究组,共100名实习医生,实施翻转课堂的教学模式。对比两组实习生临床思维能力、表达能力、团队合作能力评分和教学满意度。结果研究组基础理论知识、临床病例分析、总分等理论成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组临床思维能力、表达能力、团队合作能力等实践成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对教学满意度为95.00%(95/100),高于对照组的83.00%(83/100)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.354,P<0.05)。结论内分泌科实习生临床带教中采用翻转课堂可提高理论成绩及临床能力、对教学满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the teaching effect of flipped classroom in clinical teaching of endocrine interns.Methods A total of 200 doctors who interned in the Endocrinology Department of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2024 were selected,and they were grouped according to their admission numbers.The singular number was the control group with a total of 100 interns.Conventional traditional teaching methods were implemented.The even number was research group with a total of 100 interns,implementing a flipped classroom teaching model.The clinical thinking ability,expression ability,teamwork ability scores,and teaching satisfaction between two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical case analysis scores and total scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability,expression ability and teamwork ability of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group 95.00%(95/100)the research group showed higher satisfaction with teaching 83.00%(83/100),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.354,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flipped classroom in clinical teaching of endocrinology interns can improve theoretical scores,clinical abilities,and teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
