数字金融新业态下高职金融人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：随着数字技术的迅猛发展,金融行业迎来了深刻的变革,数字金融新业态应运而生。在这一背景下,金融行业对人才的需求结构发生了显著变化,对高职金融人才的培养提出了新的要求。高职金融教育作为培养金融行业一线技术技能人才的重要阵地,肩负着为社会输送高素质金融人才的重任。传统的金融人才培养模式已难以满足市场对复合型、创新型人才的需求。因此,如何改革和创新高职金融人才培养模式,成为当前金融教育领域亟待解决的问题。对此,本文通过阐述以数字金融为核心的高职金融专业人才培养的必要性,分析数字金融背景下高职金融类人才培养现状,进而探究数字金融新业态下高职金融人才培养模式的构建,以期培养出既具备金融专业素养又掌握数字技术能力的复合型金融人才。With the rapid development of digital technology,the financial industry has undergone profound changes,and new forms of digital finance have emerged.In this context,the demand structure for talent in the financial industry has undergone significant changes,and new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of financial talents in vocational colleges.As an important platform for cultivating frontline technical and skilled talents in the financial industry,vocational finance education shoulders the responsibility of delivering high-quality financial talents to society.The traditional financial talent training model is no longer able to meet the market's demand for versatile and innovative talents.Therefore,how to reform and innovate the training mode of financial talents in higher vocational education has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current field of financial education.In this regard,this article elaborates on the necessity of cultivating vocational finance professionals with digital finance as the core,analyzes the current situation of vocational finance talent cultiva-tion under the background of digital finance,and explores the construction of vocational finance talent cultivation models under the new for-mat of digital finance,in order to cultivate composite financial talents who possess both financial professional literacy and digital technology capabilities.
