摘 要:百年未有之大变局下,组织韧性议题越来越成为热点。创新生态系统中组织间网络联结是构成韧性的关键要素,但现有研究对多主体交互复杂的竞合互动与依存关系带来的组织韧性关注不足。研究结合创新生态系统理论和战略竞合理论,基于企业所嵌入的竞合依存关系提出合作生态韧性及竞争生态韧性对企业生存与成长绩效影响机制的概念模型,并选取2002—2019年全球3D打印产业构建大规模网络开展实证研究。研究结果表明,合作生态位韧性及合作生态势韧性对企业生存与成长绩效均具有倒U型影响;竞争生态位韧性及竞争生态势韧性对企业生存绩效具有负向影响,而竞争生态位韧性和竞争生态势韧性对企业成长绩效具有倒U型影响;并且,进一步讨论发现前述作用在规模不同的企业中影响效果有所不同。最后,针对上述结论,提出企业如何在创新生态系统中基于竞合互动和依存关系构筑韧性方面的管理建议。In today's era,major changes unseen in a century are accelerating,and the external environment for innovators is more unpredictable than ever before.Building appropriate organizational resilience has become an important practical problem for enterprises to realize"safety in danger"and"progress in stability"in a turbulent environment.Meanwhile,the topic of organizational resilience has become a hotspot.However,the existing research paid insufficient attention to the resilience brought by the complex network connections and interdependence between enterprises in the innovation ecosystem.The innovation ecosystem is not only an important carrier for organizational value co-creation and resource sharing but also an important source of organizational resilience through competitive linkages and interdependencies.In an environment of high uncertainty,which is complicated and changeable,causal ambiguity and deep mutation interweave,how to build appropriate organizational resilience in the innovation ecosystem based on inter-organization linkage dependency is the key to the survival of enterprises and even leveraging future innovation development.Organizational resilience in the innovation ecosystem can be understood as the resilience of innovation subjects in the ecosystem habitat,that is,the resilience,buffering power,and adaptability of the organization against external shocks by relying on embedded network dependencies in the ecosystem.This study integrates perspectives from strategic co-opetition theory and innovation ecosystem theory to construct a conceptual model of organizational resilience within an innovation ecosystem,which extends organizational resilience from the individual level to the ecosystem level,deconstructing it into cooperative ecological resilience and competitive ecological resilience.Based on this,the research explores the nonlinear effects of innovation ecosystem resilience,including cooperative ecological position resilience,cooperative ecological cohesion resilience,competitive ecological posi
