摘 要:果实套袋技术被广泛应用于葡萄栽培管理中,而不同果袋由于透光率和透气性的差异,对果实品质和香气的影响也不尽相同。本研究以5年生‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄为试材,设置9种果袋处理,不套袋作为对照,比较成熟期果实品质和香气物质的差异。结果表明:与对照相比,套袋后果实香气物质总量均有所降低;不同果袋处理中,白无纺布袋的综合表现最好,其果实粒大、饱满,呈黄色,可溶性固形物含量达17.07%,可滴定酸含量仅2.56 g·L^(-1),果实耐压力和果柄耐拉力较强,果实香气物质总量达782.19 ng·g^(-1),并以醛类、萜烯类和醇类物质为主。因此在生产上建议推广使用白无纺布袋,以改善‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄果实品质,提高优果率。Fruit bagging technique is widely used in viticulture management,but different fruit bags have different effects on fruit quality and aroma due to the difference in light transmittance and air permeability.In this study,five years old'Shine Muscat'grapevine was used as test material,and nine kinds of fruit bags were set up,and the differences of fruit quality and aroma substances were compared.The results showed that,compared with the control,the contents of fruit aroma substances were decreased after bagging.Among different fruit bag treatments,white non-woven cloth bag had the best comprehensive performance,with large,full and yellow berry,and soluble solid content of 17.07%,titrable acid content of only 2.56 g·L^(-1),strong fruit pressure resistance and stem tension resistance,and fruit aroma substance content of 782.19 ng·g^(-1).Aldehydes,terpenes and alcohols were the main substances.Therefore,it was recommended to popularize the use of white non-woven cloth bags in production to improve quality of'Shine Muscat'grape fruit and increase the rate of superior fruit.
