摘　　要：为研究小麦呕吐毒素快速检测过程中试样制备方法对检测结果的影响,提高检测结果的准确性,在小麦呕吐毒素快速检测试样制备的分样环节分别采用手动分样法和自动分样器进行分样,样品粉碎环节分别采用钟鼎式分样器和不同的自动分样器进行分样,并采用高效液相色谱法(标准方法)和胶体金快速定量法对不同制样方法得到的样品进行呕吐毒素含量的测定与结果对比分析。结果表明,采用自动分样器分样与保水型Ⅱ粉碎磨粉碎的试样,其呕吐毒素胶体金快检法的检测结果与高效液相色谱法的检测结果差值较小,准确度较高。研究结果可为仓储行业质检人员呕吐毒素快速测定过程中试样的制备提供参考。In order to study the influence of sample preparation method on the test results in the rapid detection of wheat DON(deoxynivalenol),and improve the accuracy of the test results,the manual sampling method and the automatic type automatic sampler were used to separate the samples in the sample preparation process of the rapid detection of wheat DON.In the sample crushing process,Zhongding type sampler and different automatic sampler were used to separate the samples.The content of DON in the samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(standard method)and colloidal gold rapid quantitative method.The results showed that the difference between the detection results of DON colloidal gold rapid detection method and the detection results of high performance liquid chromatography was small and the accuracy was high when the samples were separated by automatic sampler and crushed by water-holding type Ⅱ grinding mill.The research results could provide some reference for the preparation of samples in the process of rapid determination of DON by quality inspectors in the storage sector.
