摘　　要：教学研究能力是教师职业技能的重要内涵,也是教师将教学理念、教育理论转化为教学行为的重要抓手。教学研究能力的养成既需要在长期的教学实践中参悟教学研究的方向、思路、发展与得失,也需要在具体的教学研究过程中修习“为何做”“做什么”“怎么做”和“能做好”等实战技巧。内悟教学研究潜移默化之道,外修教学研究立竿见影之术。教师得以借助教学研究活动不断进化,提升自我。The capacity of teaching research is an important connotation of teachers'professional skills,and it is also an important key to transform teaching concepts and educational theories into teaching behaviors.The capacity of teaching research needs to be cultivated not only to understand the direction,thinking,development,gains and losses of teaching research in the long-term teaching practice,but also to learn practical skills such as“why to do”,“what to do”,“how to do”and“can do well”in the process of specific teaching research.Teachers can understand the subtle way of teaching research internally and practice the technique of teaching research externally.Teachers can continue to evolve and improve themselves through the teaching research.
