摘 要:本研究运用扎根理论研究方法,通过资料分析(42份)、半结构化问卷调查(54人)、深度访谈(15人)广泛收集数据、整理归纳、三级编码,对高校心理委员胜任力的内涵及维度进行探索性研究,构建出了高校心理委员胜任力的冰山模型:性格特征、自我意识、人际关系、组织管理、专业素养构成了心理委员胜任力的5个要素,其中性格特征、自我意识属于“冰山之下”个人内在的隐性特质,较稳定不易测量;人际关系、组织管理、专业素养属于“冰山之上”的显性特质,多经过后天的学习和训练习得。This study is based on grounded theory.Firstly,extensive materials through data analysis(42),semi-structured questionnaire survey(54),and in-depth interviews(15)are collected,collated,summarized,coded at three levels.Secondly,this study explores the connotation and dimensions of the competency of psychological commissioner in colleges,and constructed the iceberg model.Personality traits,self-awareness,interpersonal relationship,organizational management and professionalism constitutes the five elements of the competence of psychological commissioner.Personality traits and self-awareness are the hidden traits“under the iceberg”,which are stable and not easy to be measured.While interpersonal relationship,organizational management and professionalism are the explicit traits“above the iceberg”,which are more likely to be measured through acquired skills.
