城市社区精神的时代内涵及其特征分析

摘　　要：社区精神是城市社区的灵魂,是居民在日常互动过程中所形成的对社区的归属与爱的情感,以及社区对居民需求、价值、尊严的尊重与回应等的精神集合,主要包括温情幸福的家园精神、邻里守望的互助精神、务实奋进的创新精神、民主自由的自治精神。在当前我国市场经济深入发展、民主政治建设日益完善的大背景之下,城市社区精神的特征也具有鲜明的时代性,即利益与情感兼顾的互惠性、基于理性认知的自觉性、和谐开放共享的包容性,以及德治、法治与自治的共融性。Community spirit serves as the soul of urban communities,embodying the emotional bond of belonging and love that residents develop through daily interactions,as well as the community's respect and response to residents'needs,values,and dignity.It encompasses a spiritual ensemble of a warm and happy homely spirit,a mutual assistance spirit of neighborly vigilance,a pragmatic and enterprising innovative spirit,and a democratic and free autonomous spirit.Against the backdrop of China's deepening market economy and increasingly sophisticated democratic political construction,the characteristics of urban community spirit also exhibit distinct era features,namely,the reciprocity that balances interests and emotions,the self-awareness rooted in rational cognition,the inclusiveness of harmony,openness,and sharing,and the integration of rule by virtue,rule by law,and autonomy.
