摘 要:目的:通过对不同种类中药材蒸馏方式对比0#原酒回收率研究。方法:以根类黄芪和果实种子类枸杞子中不同蒸馏方式、蒸馏时间和产品风味为评价指标,对比常压蒸馏和负压蒸馏对0#原酒回收率的影响。结果:根类黄芪采用常压蒸馏时回收0#原酒率达到90%以上,根类黄芪采用负压蒸馏时回收0#原酒率达到82%以上,果实种子类枸杞子采用常压蒸馏时回收0#原酒率达到95%以上,果实种子类枸杞子采用负压蒸馏时回收0#原酒率达到80%以上。结论:采用常压蒸馏方式从产品风味、0#原酒回收量和0#原酒回收率均优于负压蒸馏。Objective:To study the recovery rate of 0#raw liquor by comparing the distillation methods of different kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.Methods:The effects of atmospheric distillation and negative pressure distillation on the recovery rate of 0#raw liquor were compared with different distillation methods,distillation time and product flavor in root Astragalus membranaceus and fruit seed wolfberry.Results:The recovery rate of 0#liquor reached more than 90%when the root Astragalus was distilled under atmospheric pressure,the recovery rate of 0#liquor was more than 82%when the root Astragalus was distilled under negative pressure,the recovery rate of 0#liquor was more than 95%when the fruit seed wolfberry was distilled under atmospheric pressure,and the recovery rate of 0#liquor was more than 80%when the fruit seed wolfberry was distilled under negative pressure.Conclusion:The atmospheric pressure distillation method is better than that of negative pressure distillation in terms of product flavor,recovery of 0#raw liquor and recovery rate of 0#raw liquor.
