以职业素质养成为核心的高职思政教育体系探究

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和职业教育的普及,高职院校的学生群体日益多元化,其对思想政治教育的需求也日益多样化。因此,迫切需要一些更符合高职院校实际情况的思政教育改革路径,以提升学生的综合素质和职业发展能力。文章对以职业素质培养为核心的高职思政教育体系进行探讨,分析职业素质养成的内涵,探讨现阶段高职院校思政教育存在的问题,指出高职院校要注重目标定位、内容建设、方法创新、评价体系等,进而促进学生综合素质的全面提升。With the rapid development of the economy and the popularization of vocational education,the student population in vocational colleges is becoming increasingly diverse,and their demand for ideological and political education is also becoming increasingly diverse.Therefore,there is an urgent need for some ideological and political education reform paths that are more in line with the actual situation of vocational colleges,in order to enhance students'comprehensive quality and career development ability.The article explores the ideological and political education system in vocational colleges with vocational quality cultivation as the core,analyzes the connotation of vocational quality cultivation,explores the problems existing in ideological and political education in vocational colleges at present,and points out that vocational colleges should pay attention to goal positioning,content construction,method innovation,evaluation system,etc.,in order to promote the comprehensive improvement of students'comprehensive quality.
