摘　　要：劳动意识培养,对于大学生个人成长和社会发展具有深远意义。探讨切实可行的高校学生劳动意识培养策略,不仅能激发学生的劳动热情,还能提升学生的劳动素养。高校劳动教育中学生劳动意识的培养,可采取以下策略:加强理论教育,提升思想认识;丰富实践体验,增强劳动技能;完善评价体系,激发内在动力;拓展教育资源,优化教育环境。The cultivation of labor consciousness has profound significance for the personal growth and social development of college students.Exploring practical and feasible strategies for cultivating labor consciousness among college students can not only stimulate their enthusiasm for labor,but also enhance their labor literacy.The cultivation of students'labor consciousness in labor education in universities can adopt the following strategies:strengthening theoretical education and enhancing ideological awareness;enrich practical experience and enhance labor skills;improve the evaluation system and stimulate internal motivation;expand educational resources and optimize the educational environment.
