摘　　要：现阶段高职院校的逆商教育存在“全员”协同之困、“全过程”贯通之困、“全方位”覆盖之困等问题。基于此,文章提出在高职生逆商教育中融入“三全育人”理念,即全员育人层面,建立多方协同的育人队伍,开展全员参与的逆商教育;全过程育人层面,制定不同阶段的教育内容,开展全过程融通的逆商教育;全方位育人层面,整合显性和隐性教育资源,开展全方位聚力的逆商教育。以此为重点,切实形成育人合力,提升逆商教育的质量,以培养出心理素质和意志品质过硬的优秀人才,更好地服务社会发展。Anti business education is a necessity for the comprehensive growth of contemporary college students and their adaptation to the development of the times.At present,there are problems with the anti business education in vocational colleges,such as the difficulty of"full staff"collaboration,the difficulty of"whole process"integration,and the difficulty of"all-round"coverage.Based on this,the article proposes to integrate the concept of"three comprehensive education"into the anti business education of vocational college students,that is,at the level of educating all personnel,establishing a multi-party collaborative education team,and carrying out anti business education with the participation of all personnel;at the level of educating students throughout the entire process,develop educational content for different stages and carry out reverse commerce education that integrates the entire process;at the level of all-round education,integrate explicit and implicit educational resources,and carry out all-round gathering of anti business education.With this as the focus,we will effectively form a joint force to educate people,improve the quality of anti business education,cultivate excellent talents with strong psychological and willpower qualities,and better serve social development.
