摘　　要：文章聚焦于大数据时代高职英语教育人才培养策略的研究,旨在探究如何在这一特殊时期,针对高职英语教育的现状与问题,构建一套科学合理、富有创新的人才培养模式。研究围绕知识体系的调整、校企合作的深度推进、师资人才队伍的建设、教学设施的升级及教学模式的改革五个方面展开,通过理论分析与教学实践案例结合的方式探索在大数据环境下高职英语教育如何打破传统框架,实现与时代需求的紧密对接。This article focuses on the research of talent cultivation strategies for vocational English education in the era of big data,aiming to explore how to construct a scientific,reasonable,and innovative talent cultivation model in response to the current situation and problems of vocational English education in this special period.The research focuses on five aspects:the adjustment of the knowledge system,the deep promotion of school enterprise cooperation,the construction of the faculty and talent team,the upgrading of teaching facilities,and the reform of teaching modes.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and teaching practice cases,it explores how vocational English education can break the traditional framework and achieve close integration with the needs of the times in the big data environment.
