摘 要:积极心理学理论对大学生心理健康教育而言,具有非常重要的指导和促进作用,能够为大学生心理健康教育工作的有效开展提供理论支撑。高校心理健康教育工作者应以积极心理学为理论基础,努力探索如何将积极心理学融入大学生心理健康教育,取得良好的教育成效。在积极心理学理论指导下,大学生心理健康教育工作的开展需要遵循以学生为主体、培养学生积极心理品质、全面提升学生心理品质等原则,需要通过树立明确的教育目标,不断丰富教育内容、优化教学方法,搭建信息化教育平台,构建完善的评价体系等途径,为大学生心理健康保驾护航,为社会培养具备较高综合素质的新时代人才。Positive psychology theory has a very important guiding and promoting role in the mental health education of college students,and can provide theoretical support for the effective development of mental health education for college students.University mental health educators should use positive psychology as the theoretical foundation and strive to explore how to integrate positive psychology into college students'mental health education,achieving good educational results.Under the guidance of positive psychology theory,the development of mental health education for college students needs to follow the principles of student-centered,cultivating students'positive psychological qualities,and comprehensively improving students'psychological qualities.It is necessary to establish clear educational goals,continuously enrich educational content,optimize teaching methods,build information-based education platforms,and construct a sound evaluation system to safeguard the mental health of college students and cultivate new era talents with high comprehensive qualities for society.
