摘 要:食品农药残留检测技术是保障食品安全的关键手段,但其在灵敏度、检测速度和适用范围上面临诸多挑战,特别是在处理复杂样品、提高检测效率和降低误报率等方面还有待进一步提升。为推动食品农药检测技术的发展,相关企业应结合人工智能技术的优势,不断完善检测标准体系,并强化专业人才队伍的建设,以突破现有技术瓶颈,全面提升检测水平,为构建更加安全、可靠的食品供应体系提供有力支撑。The detection technology for pesticide residues in food is a key means to ensure food safety,but it faces many challenges in sensitivity,detection speed,and applicability,especially in handling complex samples,improving detection efficiency,and reducing false alarm rates,which still need further improvement.To promote the development of food pesticide testing technology,relevant enterprises should combine the advantages of artificial intelligence technology,continuously improve the testing standard system,and strengthen the construction of professional talent teams to break through existing technological bottlenecks,comprehensively improve the testing level,and provide strong support for building a safer and more reliable food supply system.
