摘  要:ChatGPT生成式人工智能的出现,引起社会各界的高度重视,研究其对图书馆员工胜任力的影响很有意义。文章依据“冰山模型”构建研究框架,对收集的456份有效问卷进行层级回归分析,并引入工作绩效和创新能力作为中介变量。研究结果表明,随着员工与生成式人工智能人机互动程度的加深,工作绩效的提升速度逐步降低,创新能力的下降速度逐步增加,表现为生成式人工智能对员工胜任力的影响从显著增加到缓慢增加,但总体依然呈现对员工胜任力的正向影响,该结论在考虑稳健性检验的情况下依然成立。延伸了类人工智能在图书管理方面的微观作用,为图书馆员工个人、图书馆管理提供启示。The emergence of generative artificial intelligence has aroused great attention from all walks of life.It is significant to explore the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the competency of library staff.Based on the“iceberg model”,this paper constructs a research framework,conducts hierarchical regression analysis on 456 valid questionnaires collected,and introduces job performance and innovation ability as mediating variables.The research results show that with the deepening of human-machine interaction between employees and generative artificial intelligence,the improvement speed of job performance gradually decreases,and the decline speed of innovation ability gradually increases,which shows that the impact of generative artificial intelligence on employee competence increases from significantly to slowly,but still has a positive impact on employee competence in general.This conclusion is still valid when considering the robustness test.It extends the micro-role of artificial intelligence in library management,and provides enlightenment for library staff and library management.
