摘  要:在国家“双高计划”的推动下,高职院校教育质量和专业建设水平面临新的提升要求。本文基于学生教学信息员制度在提升教学质量中的重要作用,在客观分析目前学生高职院校教学信息员制度存在问题的基础上,从选拔标准与方法、培训与发展、激励与监督、质量监控与反馈、教师与教学管理互动、学生参与与民主管理等方面提出了学生教学信息员组建与管理策略,借此为高职院校完善学生教学信息员制度提供有益的借鉴。Under the impetus of the national"Double High Plan,"higher vocational colleges are facing new requirements for improving education quality and professional construction levels.Based on the important role of the student teaching information officer system in improving teaching quality,this article objectively analyzes the existing problems in the current student teaching information officer system in higher vocational colleges.It proposes strategies for the formation and management of student teaching information officers from the aspects of selection criteria and methods,training and development,motivation and supervision,quality monitoring and feedback,interaction between teachers and teaching management,and student participation and democratic management.This provides a useful reference for higher vocational colleges to improve the student teaching information officer system.
