摘  要:文章探讨了思维导图联合翻转课堂在高职《护理学基础》课程教学的应用效果。选取就读于陕西省某高职院校护理学院2020级三年制高职护理专业的两个班级护生共计110名,两个班级被随机分为对照组及观察组,每组55名护生。其中对照组护生采取传统教学方式,观察组护生采取思维导图联合翻转课堂的教学方式。两组教学课时均为96课时。教学结束后比较两组护生的期末考试(理论及操作)成绩,采用自主学习能力测评量表评估护生的自主学习能力,并比较两组护生的教学满意度。结果显示观察组护生期末考试成绩中平均理论成绩(82.17±8.74)分及操作成绩得分(96.71±3.59)均高于对照组理论成绩(76.53±10.28)分及操作成绩得分(89.22±6.37),比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);且观察组护生的自主学习能力中信息能力、学习合作能力及自我管理能力三个维度及总分均高于对照组;同时观察组护生的教学满意度显著高于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。通过研究,证明在高职《护理学基础》教育中采用思维导图联合翻转课堂的教学方式可以有效提升护生的理论学习成绩,促进对护理学基础操作技能的掌握,同时可以提高护生的自主学习能力及教学满意度,进而增强教学效果。The paper explored the application effect of Mind Mapping combined with flipped classroom in the teaching of FNur sing Funda mentals in higher vocational education.A total of 110 nursing students in two classes of nursing students majoring in the 2020 three-year higher vocational nursing major of a higher vocational college in Shaanxi Province were selected,and the two classes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 nursing students in each group.Among them,the nursing students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the nursing students in the observation group adopted the teaching method of X-mind combined with flipped classroom.Both groups have 96 teaching hours.After teaching,the final examination(theory and operation)scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared,and the self-directed learning ability of the nursing students was evaluated by the self-directed learning ability assessment scale,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students was compared.The results showed that the average theoretical scores(82.17±8.74)and operational scores(96.71±3.59)in the final examination scores of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(76.53±10.28)and operational scores(89.22±6.37),and the comparison was statistically different(P<0.05).In addition,the three dimensions and total scores of information ability,learning cooperation ability and self-management ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.At the same time,the teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).This study proves that the teaching method of X-mind combined with flipped classroom in the education of Fundamentals of Nursing in higher vocational education can effectively improve the theoretical learning performance of nursing students,promot
